Crab stick SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
– Pork Leg Bone: 1kg
– Quail eggs: 10 eggs
– Shiitake mushrooms: 100gr
– Split peas and corn: 200gr
– Eggs: 2 eggs
– Tapioca flour: 10g
– Green onions, cilantro
– 1 kg of short cut crab stick
– Seasoning: salt, sesame oil, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Make soup
– After about 45 minutes, you take out the pork leg bone, decanting the clear water so that when cooking the soup, it has a sweet taste.
– Bring back the pot of bone broth, add corn and peas, cook until soft.
– Next, you put the snow crab stick, shiitake mushrooms and quail eggs into the pot and season with salt, monosodium glutamates, sugar, and fish sauce to taste. Stir well, cover, wait for the pot of soup to boil again, then turn down the heat.
Step 3: Done
– About 7-10 minutes before turning off the stove, slowly pour the water mixed with tapioca starch into the pot, stirring in a clockwise direction so that the tapioca is cooked. Next, you do the same with the eggs that we have beaten and add the snow crab stick. Stir until the mixture has a consistency, the eggs are cooked, then cover the lid and cook for a few more minutes and then turn off the heat. Wait for the soup to cool down, open the lid, scoop out into a small bowl, sprinkle a little pepper with cilantro and add snow crab stick and enjoy!
