1. Defrost and steam, stir-fry, cook in hot pot or soup for about 5-7 minutes.
2. Do not defrost if deep fry in oil at 160 degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
3. Grill skewers with vegetables and other foods.
SCALLOP SKEWER
INGREDIENTS:
– 500g of scallops
– 2 eggs
– Seasoning 30gr (pepper, cooking oil, oyster sauce ..)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Defrost scallops then add to the skewers on bamboo sticks, mix 2 eggs with pepper, cooking oil and oyster sauce
Step 2: Brush the seasoning mixture with a lot of cooking oil on the scallop skewers.
Step 3: Put on a charcoal grill or fryer for 5-7 minutes until the scallops are golden.
Step 4: Serve on a plate with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
