1. Deep-fry in oil at 160 degrees and low heat until the pieces are golden, pair with ketchup and chili sauce.
2. Serve with hot pot and soup.

Fried Squid Ball with Tamarind Sauce
INGREDIENT:
– Cooking oil, bag of tamarind sauce,
– Cornstarch
– 2 chicken eggs
– 500g crab balls
– 300g spices (sugar, salt, ginger, pepper, red onion, …).
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Defrost the crab balls, pound ginger and purple onions together.
Step 2: Make tamarind sauce: heat cooking oil in a pan, pour in tamarind juice, stir well to add the crushed ingredients, seasoning, and add cornstarch and stir well.
Step 3: Steam the squid balls for 3 minutes or fry them for 5 minutes as you like, then arrange on a plate then add tamarind sauce on the squid balls.
