1. Deep-fry in oil at 160 degrees and low heat until the pieces are golden, pair with ketchup and chili sauce.
2. Serve with hot pot and soup.
3. Grilled skewers with vegetables and other foods.
FRIED Crab Balls
INGREDIENT:
– Crab ball 300g
– Dried potato 250g
– Wheat flour 100g
– 2 eggs
– Seasoning 30gr (salt, sugar, seasoning, pepper, cooking oil..)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Defrost crab balls.
Step 2: Crush the dried potatoes
Crack eggs into a mixing bowl,
Spread flour on a clean table, then roll the crab balls through 1 layer of flour, 1 layer of eggs, 1 layer of dried potatoes.
Step 3: Fry the crab balls in hot oil evenly, until all sides are golden.
Step 4: Serve on a plate with chili sauce or mayonnaise, cucumber.
