STEAMED Crab Stick with Passion Fruit Sauce
INGREDIENT:
– 2 passion fruits
– Nisson crab stick 1 bag 227g
– Spices (salt, sugar, pepper, monosodium glutamate, tapioca starch ..)
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Step 1: Make the sauce
Put the pan on the stove, wait for the pan to heat up, put butter in until it melts, then add the passion fruit juice and a little water to a boil. Season with salt, sugar according to your taste. Tapioca flour mixed with 10ml water into the passion fruit sauce, cook on medium heat until it becomes thick and sticky, then turn off the heat.
