SUSHI Crab Stick with Salmon Eggs
INGREDIENT:
– 500g crab stick
– Salmon roe 200g
– Seasoning 30gr (pepper, cooking oil, oyster sauce ..)
– 3 cups of rice, 5 seaweed leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Defrost crab stick, cook rice then leave it cool and seasoning.
Step 2: Spread and shape rice, then add 1 crab stick and shape the seaweed
Step 3: Sprinkle salmon roe on top.
Step 4: Place on a plate.
